   Life IS good! Beautiful photo—I like the pink flowers in the foreground. I wish I were at those picnic tables, watching the ocean right now!

   What marvelous views from the picnic table. I’ve driven the Pacific Coast Hwy a few times but think I need to do it again at a more relaxed pace – so I can stop and smell the proverbial roses. Lovely shot.

   The California coastline is amazingly beautiful! Cambria is one of my favorite destinations in the area.

      Cambria is great. We visited Hearst Castle in San Simeon, too. Quite a place!

      This would be a great place to stop on your trip. I really enjoyed sitting outside at Lucia Restaurant looking at that beautiful view!

   Cool view! This shot make me think of all the overlooks along the coast where you can view the bluffs through a patch or tall flowers or reeds. I LOVE BIG SUR!

    Beautiful! There are so many gems along the pacific coast highway – and this one looks particularly awesome. This photo makes me miss the beach big time.

    we took a little coastal meander from la to just beyond santa barbara last week. it has me hungry for more. great pic of a great place!

       Thanks, Jamie! Haven’t taken the coastal route between L.A. and Santa Barbara! Would love to do that. Took Amtrak to Santa Barbara from San Jose once — beautiful scenery.

    I feel like I’m there! Love the way the flowers frame the bottom of the shot, and the shoreline and ocean split the top of the shot. Your description tops it off. I’m thankful that I’ve had days like that, too. “Life is good”

    I do not know the exact spot but I do know the moments you speak of. I have learned to put down the camera and just enjoy the sights for a moment, to appreciate being alive and being there. Then I pick the camera back up lol. I’m a photographer give me a break lol
