By Mr. TWS — I’d heard of truffle hunting before and understood the concept but for whatever reason I always pictured the practical joke called “snipe hunting”. When we had a chance to try truffle hunting it in a place where truffles are treasured and are hunted commonly, I was excited by the opportunity.
